Issue: When trying to access Intellipet Adventures, I am unable to progress past the second loading screen after being matched for a game.

Recommendation: This issue appears to only affect desktop and laptop computers, so if you have any mobile devices available, we recommend that you use them to access Intellipet Adventures in the meantime.
