Issue: I get stuck on a blue loading screen while using the app and am unable to progress past it.

Recommendation: If you are on Mac or PC, please clear the cache. Please see PC Instructions, Mac Instructions. Then, check for system updates. Finally, uninstall and reinstall the application.
