Depending on your device, you can uninstall and reinstall the Adventure Academy app to solve some stability issues. It’s also a great way to ensure that you have the latest version of our app on your device!
The steps to uninstall/reinstall will vary depending on the device you’re using to access Adventure Academy.
Android (mobile)
Please follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All > Adventure Academy and press Uninstall.
- Turn off the device.
- Let the device sit for one (1) minute.
- Turn the device back on.
- Reinstall the Adventure Academy app from the Google Play Store.
iOS
Please follow these steps:
- From your Home screen, tap and hold the Adventure Academy app until it starts wiggling and a small X appears in its upper corner.
- Tap the app again and press Delete.
- Power cycle your device by turning it off for one (1) minute.
- Turn the device back on.
- Search for Adventure Academy in the App Store, and click on the cloud icon to re-download it.
- Once the download is complete, tap Open to re-open Adventure Academy.
Desktop/Laptop
- Go to the Programs menu for your platform to select and uninstall the Adventure Academy application.
- Windows users can find this in the Control Panel section.
- Mac users can use Finder to see their Applications.
- After uninstalling Adventure Academy, go to adventureacademy.com.
- Click Log In.
- Enter the log in credentials for your account and then click Log In.
- Select Download to re-download Adventure Academy.
