Subscribers being billed directly through Adventure Academy can change their payment method any time on the site following the instructions below.
You can update your billing details at any time from your Parent Page.
- Select the Menu option at the top left-corner of your Home Page
- Select Parent Page and enter your current password
- Once in the Parent Page, select My Account
- Scroll down to view the My Billing Information panel
- Click the Edit icon beside the information you want to update
You will be asked to enter the old information before entering and verifying the new information for your account. Click the Save button at the bottom of your screen to save any changes.
Note: PayPal users can click the PayPal tab at the top of the page. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. If you are being billed through iTunes, please click here for instructions.
