Subscribers being billed directly through Adventure Academy can change their payment method any time on the My Account page in the Parents Section.
Please see the following the instructions below:
- Navigate to the Select Character screen.
- Select the Menu icon located in the top left corner.
- Select Parents Section.
- Enter the account password to access the Parents Section.
- Select My Account.
- Scroll down to My Billing Information.
- Click/tap Edit beside the information you want to update.
You will be asked to enter the old information before entering and verifying the new information for your account. Click the Save button at the bottom of your screen to save any changes.
Note: PayPal users can click the PayPal tab at the top of the page. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. If you are billed through a third party like Apple or Google Play, you'll have different steps to follow. For more information, see the respective article:
