Issue: When I attempt to enter my player home, I am turned away. A notification then pops up, reading "Oops! Sorry, there was an error. You can try again shortly."

Recommendation: If you are on Mac or PC, please clear the cache. Please see PC Instructions, Mac Instructions. Then, check for system updates. Finally, uninstall and reinstall the application.
