Apple (Third Party) Billing
If you aren’t able to update your payment information on your Adventure Academy Parent Section > My Account page, you are likely being billed through Apple, Adventure Academy's primary third party billing partner.
You can confirm this on the Adventure Academy Parent Section > My Account> Billing page. Some third parties may have specific restrictions in place.
Apple-billed subscribers can update their payment information on Apple using a computer or an iOS device.
Follow these steps:
- Open the Apple App Store.
- At the top of the computer screen or iTunes window, select Account > View My Account.
- Sign in to your account.
- Select Manage Payments next to Payment Information.
- Make the necessary edits to your payment method.
- Click Done to save the changes.
Follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app.
- Select your name > iTunes & App Stores.
- Tap your Apple ID > View Apple ID, and sign in, if prompted.
- Tap Manage Payments.
- Add or update your payment method.
