    Hey Kasia,

I suggest giving your kids incentives for completing school work, whether it's a treat or playtime on Adventure Academy. Also setting screen time limits can help them have time to play outside each day or just spend time with family.

    Hope that was helpful!

Thanks, SuperMom23! Any tips on setting screen time limits by chance? I am struggling with a good balance!

Hey Kasia! I've been giving my children about 1-2 hours of fun screentime on weekdays since they spend so much time learning online now (the screentime itself can make kids' eyes strained more easily) depending on when they finish homework, and then on weekends they can have a little more like 3-4 hours each weekend day, but they don't have to use it all at once - I have a sign in/sign out sheet they use to log their "fun computer time" hours, much like a timesheet for a company LOL. This may seem strict but I think it helps with getting the kids less dependent on social media/video games as their only source of entertainment, and encourages them to instead spend time with family and friends IRL. Mainly family rn because of C19, but you know what I mean. ;)

Love the sign in and sign out sheet idea! Thanks!
