Yes!!! We have been receiving this same message for the last few days also. I tried clearing the cache, cookies, uninstalling, reinstalling, and rebooting. And nothing has worked. We still get the same error message every time we try to craft. I am glad to have found your post. I wasn't sure if the issue was on our end or not.

We had crafted around 250 items over 2-3 days when we started receiving the error message.  It doesn’t seem to affect every recipe we have, although we haven’t tested them all (we have more than 100).  Sometimes we can craft 15-20 items with the same recipe before that recipe stops working.  After that, we’re lucky if we can craft a single item with that recipe over a 24-hour period.  And this isn’t limited to a single avatar.

Hi there again. I think I may have figured this out. And it explains why more than one of us is seeing this. (If customer service sees this, please check it out!). I wondered if it didn't have something to do with inventory after all. We had enough items to craft many things, but nothing seemed to be working. So I used the character my daughter was using, and I harvested some more items. I was able to craft some things. And then the error messages would pop up again for others. At this point I noticed that all the craft recipes we had that could not be completed (for which we received the error) included whimsyweave. (It isn't whimyweave specifically ... read on to see what I mean. That is just my example) And the categories stop at 100. And then you get another inventory category. So we had one whimsyweave category in inventory with 2, and one whimsyweave category with 100. But every recipe called for at least 3 whimsyweave. So my guess was that the program code was trying to pull from one whimsyweave category (the one with only 2), and when it didn't have enough in it for the recipe, then Boom! ... there's the error message. So I went to the marketplace store for our store, and pulled up the category of whimsyweave which contained only 2 items, and I posted both of those whimsyweave items in our store to be sold. That eliminated one whimsyweave category from our inventory, and now leaves us with only the one whimsyweave inventory category to pull from. Then I went back to the crafting shop, and tried again to craft something with the whimsyweave. And this time, IT WORKED!! So it does appear to have something to do with inventory. If there is more than one inventory category for the same exact item b/c you have reached 100 items, then the recipe is trying to pull from the lowest-item inventory category first, but it doesn't seem to jump over to the next one (which would have 100 items) if you don't have enough in the first. It just stops, and creates the error message. This is my guess. It seems logical. And when I tested it out, the way I explained, then I was able to craft and didn't get the error message. So it would need fixed in the program code. In the meantime, just figure out which inventory category it is getting snagged on, and sell those ones so that the recipe will jump to a full category. I hope that makes sense?

Thank thank you snyder! You’re exactly right! I was able to replicate your workaround (and cause the error message to appear) with the paper recipe (which uses 3 whimsyweave) and the oak leaf skirt recipe (which uses 20 oak leaves).

FYI, one of our avatars hasn’t been able to enter the Grand Market since yesterday.  If this happens to you, you’re not alone on that either!
