Adventure Academy accounts are typically only suspended for reasons of safety and security, either to protect you from someone else trying to access your account or shield others from your improper conduct.
Failed Logins
Your account may have been temporarily locked because there were too many failed login attempts.
This could be because someone else was trying to access your account without your permission.
If you were trying to log in to your own account and were unable to, try to verify your password, and check the spelling of your email address and password as you enter them.
Most of these suspensions are related to chat safety. Avatars may be muted, suspended, or banned by our Chat Moderation Team based on their behavior. Suspensions occur after one Avatar/player has been muted several times, has been directly messaged by our Moderation team, or is discussing mature content. Please see this article about Chat Safety.
