Failed Logins
- Your account may have been temporarily locked because there were too many failed login attempts.
- This could be because someone else was trying to access your account without your permission.
- If you were trying to log in to your own account and were unable to, try to verify your password, and check the spelling of your email address and password as you enter them.

Code of Conduct Violations
- Your account may have been suspended because violated Adventure Academy’s Code of Conduct, i.e., you broke the rules.
- Most of these suspensions are related to chat safety. Avatars may be muted, suspended, or banned by our Chat Moderation Team based on their behavior.
