What’s the difference between blocking and reporting?
Blocking
- The best way to avoid conflict with another player is by blocking them.
- When you block a player, that player will no longer be able to Chat with you. In addition, you will no longer see any messages from them in the General Chat, and you will not be be able to message the player you blocked either.
- A player can unblock another player they had previously blocked.

- Reporting another player is appropriate when that player isn’t just bothering you, but breaking rules that could negatively affect other players as well.
- When you report a player, you will send a report of what rule they broke that will be reviewed by a Community Moderator.
- Please note that if you falsely report another player, you may have your own Chat restricted.
How do I report a player?
You report a player by opening their Profile Menu, which you can do from within a Chat with that player, or by clicking on the Avatar of the player if you are not chatting with them.
Reporting a Player from a Chat:
- Click on the player's icon within your Chat window.

Select Report in the upper right corner of the player's Profile Menu.

On the Report Player screen, select the option that best describes what rule the player broke.
- If possible, enter the exact rule-breaking words or phrases used by the player. (This step is optional, but it will help our Community Moderators review your report appropriately.) Click the green Send button to submit your report.

How do I block a player?
Blocking a Player from a Chat:

Can I unblock a player if I blocked them by mistake?
Yes, it's easy to unblock another player who you previously blocked.
- Navigate to the blocked player’s Profile (as described above).
- Click/tap Unblock User.
