Adding a Password to an Avatar

Is there a way to add a password for a child's Avatar after their Avatar has been created?

Yes! To add a password for a child's existing Avatar, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Select Character screen.
2. Click/tap the Menu icon, which is located in the top left corner of this screen.
   
3. Select Parents Section from the list of options.
4. Enter your account password to access the Parents Section.
5. Select Child Settings.
6. Select the Child Profile you want to add a password to.
7. Click/tap Edit in the Avatar Password (Optional) field.
8. You’ll then be prompted to enter and confirm a new password.
   
9. Select the Save button.
10. After saving the new password, you’ll be taken back to the Child Settings page.
11. Click/tap the X button in the top right corner to exit the Parents Section and return to the Select Character screen.
12. Select the respective child’s Avatar and click/tap the Play button.
13. A password prompt will now appear for the Avatar.
14. Enter the new password for the Avatar.
    
15. Select the Confirm button, and your child should now be able to access their Avatar with their new password.

Resetting an Avatar Password

Is there a way to reset the password for a child’s Avatar if it’s been forgotten?

Yes! To reset the password for a child’s Avatar, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Select Character screen.
2. Click/tap the Menu icon, which is located in the top left corner of this screen.
   
3. Select Parents Section from the list of options.
4. Enter your account password to access the Parents Section.
5. Select Child Settings.
6. Select the Child Profile you want to reset the password for.
7. Click/tap Edit in the Avatar Password (Optional) field.
8. You’ll then be prompted to enter and confirm a new password.
   
9. Select the Save button.
10. After saving the new password, you’ll be taken back to the Child Settings page.
11. Click/tap the X button in the top right corner to exit the Parents Section and return to the Select Character screen.
12. Select the respective child’s Avatar and click/tap the Play button.
13. Enter the new password for the Avatar per the password prompt.
    
14. Select the Confirm button, and your child should now be able to access their Avatar with their new password.

Removing an Avatar's Password

3. Select Parents Section.
4. Enter your account password to access the Parents Section.
5. Select Child Settings.
6. Select the Child Profile you want to remove the password for.
7. Click/tap Edit in the Avatar Password (Optional) field.
8. You’ll be taken to the Change Avatar Password page.
9. Select the Remove Password button.
10. After selecting the remove option, you’ll be taken back to the Child Settings page.
11. Click/tap the X button in the top right corner to exit the Parents Section and return to the Select Character screen.
12. Select the respective child’s Avatar and click/tap the Play button.
13. The password request prompt will not appear, allowing the child to immediately log in to their Avatar.
