Daily Missions in Adventure Academy are tasks designed to help players engage with the game and earn rewards. These missions provide a fun way to complete educational challenges and progress through the game. How do I access my Daily Missions?
You can see what your Daily Missions are by selecting the Missions icon.
After you select the Missions icon, the Daily Missions menu will appear.
The Daily Missions Menu will let you do the following:
- Check what your Daily Missions for the day are
- See what your progress is on your available Daily Missions
- Earn Gems after completing Daily Missions
- Access the Gem Shop (click the purple Visit button on the left)
What types of Daily Missions are there?
The types of Daily Missions you may be given vary from completing learning activities to interacting with the world of Adventure Academy.
The most common Daily Mission types are:
- Completing one or more learning activities
- Playing a Multiplayer Game
- Talking to an NPC (Non-Playable Character)
- Visiting a specific location
- Buying or collecting a specific item
How do Daily Missions work?
While the types of Daily Missions vary, the goal is for you to complete whatever the challenge is. Each Mission is worth a specific number of Gems that you will receive as a reward after completing the Mission. You can see several Missions below that offer 200 Gems. Click the orange Go Now! button to accept the Mission.
Some Missions require you to do one thing—such as play a game of Word Trace. As soon as you play a game of Word Trace, your Daily Missions Menu will be updated accordingly.
After you have completed a Mission, you will see a red circle with an exclamation mark icon on the Missions icon to let you know you can now click it to collect your reward.
Once you return to your Daily Missions menu, the Mission will be shown as complete, and you can click the green Collect button to the right of the completed Mission to receive Gems as your reward.
You will now see the Mission Complete confirmation. Click the Awesome! button to confirm how awesome you are!
If a Mission requires you to do more than one thing—such as reading three books—it will track how much progress you’ve made to completing it.
Are Daily Missions the same as Daily Quests?
No, Daily Missions and Daily Quests are different in several ways. While they are both challenges that expire after the day you accept them and offer you many similar types of challenges, there are a few key differences:
- Access: You get access to Daily Quests by interacting with an NPC with a blue exclamation mark icon over its head. You get access to Daily Missions by clicking on the Missions icon on your screen.
- Avatar Level: You will have access to Daily Quests on all Avatar levels. You will only see Daily Missions once you reach Level 3.
- Rewards: Daily Quests offer XP, Coins, Items, and Recipes as rewards. Daily Missions offer Gems only.
- Collecting Rewards: For a Daily Quest, you need to return to the NPC who offered the request to receive your reward. For Daily Missions, you need to return to your Daily Missions menu.
