Objects like exterior furniture can be moved and removed. But when a Home Exterior item is applied to a your Home, it becomes part of your Home and can’t be removed unless replace it with the same type of item.
Here are the most common Home Exterior items that can’t be removed unless you can replace it:
- Exterior Walls/Paint
- Outdoor Lighting
- Chimneys
- Front Doors
- Fences
- Porches
- Roofs
- Exterior Windows
For example, if a you try to remove your Home’s porch, you won’t be able to because it’s now considered part of your Home. You would need to have another porch in their Inventory and apply it to their Home to replace it.
