Some Adventure Academy issues may require further investigation to resolve. If this is the case, Customer Care agents may request that you send an "Output Log" to help them investigate the issue.
This guide will help you obtain an output log from an Apple desktop or laptop. We apologize for any inconvenience, but users are unable to obtain output logs from iPads or iPhones.
Please see the following instructions to obtain an output log:
- Open the Finder app.
- Open the Go tab on the menu bar and select the Home folder.
- Open the Library folder.
- This is a hidden folder. Hold down Cmd + Shift + Period to show hidden folders.
- This is a hidden folder. Hold down Cmd + Shift + Period to show hidden folders.
- Open the Application Support folder.
- Open com.aofl.adventureacademy.
- Include the output log in this folder in your email to Customer Care.
