If you are currently a monthly subscriber, you can upgrade your account to an annual subscription at any time within the Parents Section.
Please note that if you choose to upgrade your account, you will be billed immediately, and 12 additional months will be added to your then-current month.
To upgrade your account, please follow the instructions below:
- Navigate to the Select Character screen.
- Select the Menu icon, located in the upper left corner.
- Select Parents Section.
- Enter the account password to access the Parents Section.
- Select Upgrade Subscription.
You will then be prompted with an offer to upgrade your account to the annual subscription rate of $59.99 per year. Upon selecting Submit, you will need to enter your password again to confirm your purchase.
Please note, your subscription will automatically renew for the same period and at the same rate and will be charged to your payment information on file until cancelled within the Parents Section.
You can check your new subscription details at any time through the My Account area of the Parents Section.
