How do I view my next billing date?

You may view your next billing date at any time through the Parents Section.

Please see the steps below on how to do so:

1. Navigate to the Select Character screen.
2. Select the Menu icon, located in the top left corner.
   ​
3. Select Parents Section.
4. Enter the account password to access the Parents Section.
5. Select My Account.

If you'd like to see Transaction History:

1. Scroll down and select the Transaction History.
   • This is beneath the My Billing Information section on the My Account page.
