We make it quick and easy for members to cancel their Adventure Academy subscription at any time through the program’s Parent Section (available from the Adventure Academy app or AdventureAcademy.com). If you subscribed through a third-party billing provider, such as Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel directly through that provider using their cancellation process (instructions are linked to below).
Canceling will prevent future renewal charges for that subscription. You will continue to have access to Adventure Academy until the end of the subscription period you have already paid for.
Each subscription must be canceled separately. If you have other active subscriptions (for example, ABCmouse or another Adventure Academy subscription associated with a different email address), canceling one subscription will not automatically cancel the others.
After you complete the cancellation process, you will receive an email to confirm your cancellation. We recommend you save the cancellation confirmation email for your records. If you have any issues canceling your Adventure Academy subscription, you can click the Help icon below to chat with us.
Cancellation Policies and Procedures
To avoid future subscription renewals and any unwanted future billing, you may cancel your Adventure Academy subscription at any time. Canceling will deactivate your subscription at the end of your current billing cycle, but you will still have access to Adventure Academy for the remainder of the subscription period you’ve already paid for.
If you’d like to cancel your subscription, you can do so right now from the Parent Section of Adventure Academy. The My Account page within the Parent Section allows subscribers to see all their billing information—including their next billing date—along with additional subscription and cancellation information.
Simply log in to Adventure Academy (app or website) and click Parent Section > My Account > Cancellation. Provide a reason for the account cancellation and click Confirm. You should see a cancellation confirmation page and also get an email confirmation.

Please note that subscriptions are not canceled by stopping use of the program, deleting or uninstalling the app, changing or removing a payment method, or taking any action other than completing the cancellation processes outlined here.

Refund Policy
Once you have paid for an Adventure Academy subscription, or allowed it to renew, all charges are final and non-refundable, as outlined in the Adventure Academy Terms and Conditions accepted during signup.
We do not provide refunds or prorated credits for any subscription payments, including partially used subscription periods.
