How do I uninstall and reinstall the application?

Android

Please follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All > Adventure Academy and press Uninstall.
2. Turn off the device.
3. Let the device sit for one (1) minute.
4. Turn the device back on.
5. Reinstall the Adventure Academy app from the Google Play Store. 

iOS

Please follow these steps:

1. Touch and hold the Adventure Academy app. 
2. Tap Remove App. 
3. Tap Delete App, then tap Delete to confirm. 
4. Power cycle your device by turning it off for one (1) minute.
5. Turn the device back on.
6. Search for Adventure Academy in the App Store, and click on the cloud icon to re-download it.
7. Once the download is complete, tap Open to open Adventure Academy. 

Desktop/Laptop

1. Go to the Programs menu for your platform to select and uninstall the Adventure Academy application.
   • Windows users can find this in the Control Panel section.
   • Mac users can use Finder to see their Applications.
2. After uninstalling Adventure Academy, go to adventureacademy.com.
3. Click Log In.
4. Enter the log in credentials for your account and then click Log In.
5. Select Download to re-download Adventure Academy.

Chromebook

1. Select the Launcher to open the Search menu.
2. Click the Up Arrow icon to expand the Search menu to show all of your applications, or use the Search function to search for Adventure Academy.
3. Once you've located the Adventure Academy application, right-click the Adventure Academy icon.
4. Select Uninstall from the pop-up list that appears.
5. Select Uninstall again on the prompt asking you to confirm uninstalling Adventure Academy.
6. After uninstalling Adventure Academy, go to the Google Play Store.
7. Search for Adventure Academy in the Google Play Store, and select Install to reinstall it.
