Why am I getting an error with Portrait mode on my device?

We apologize for the inconvenience! We believe we have a solution for this issue, so try this: 

1. Open your device's Display.
2. Make sure your Display settings are set to Landscape.
3. Adjust your device's resolution to 1600 x 900.
4. Launch Adventure Academy.

You should now be able to successfully launch the application. Once the application has been launched, feel free to adjust your device's resolution back to the default.
