Power-cycling your streaming equipment is a great way to refresh your connection and start anew.
To perform a power cycle, follow these steps:
- Power off the device you’re using to access Adventure Academy.
- Power off the modem and router; but skip this step if you’re using cellular data on a mobile device.
- Unplug your equipment (device, modem, and router) from the power source, if applicable.
- Wait a few minutes, and then power back up and try Adventure Academy again.
