With Adventure Academy, you can cancel any time you want and easily renew your subscription if you choose to continue.

Steps to cancel a directly-billed subscription
- Log in to your account via the app or on adventureacademy.com.
- Access the Parents Section.
- Via the app.
- Click/tap the Menu icon on the Select Character screen.
- Select Parents Section.
- Click/tap the Menu icon on the Select Character screen.
- Via adventureacademy.com.
- Select Parents Section in the upper right corner of the page.
- Select Parents Section in the upper right corner of the page.
- Via the app.
- Select My Account.
- Click/tap Cancellation.
- Provide a reason for the account cancellation.
- Select Continue to Cancellation.
- Confirm the cancellation by selecting Confirm.
Once you’re done, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. Please keep this email for your records.
After you’ve cancelled, the page should read “Your Adventure Academy subscription has been cancelled.” You’ll continue to have access to Adventure Academy until the end of your current billing cycle, but will not be charged moving forward.
Please note that if you’re billed for Adventure Academy through a third party, there may be different steps to cancel your subscription.
