Forgot Password Tool
- Go to our Forgot Password tool as the first step to reset your password.
- Enter the email address associated with your Adventure Academy account.
- Check your email account for our password reset email.
Tips:
- If you enter an email address that is not connected to an active account, you will not get a reset email from us.
- It may take up to 15 minutes for you to receive the email.
- If you don’t see the email in your inbox after 15 minutes, double check your junk/spam folders.
- If you don't see the email after 15 minutes, try entering it again, double-checking for typos, or enter any other emails you have in case you set the account up under a different email.
- Use our Account Access tool to confirm the email for your account.
- The password reset link expires after 24 hours, so we recommend resetting your password as soon as you receive the email!

If you don’t receive the email or can’t remember the email address you signed up with, you can click on the Help icon in the lower-right corner of this page and do so via our automated Chat system. We will need the payment information associated with your Adventure Academy subscription to verify or recover the email address we have on file.
