If you’re having trouble logging in or accessing Adventure Academy, it could be an issue with one of the following:
Invalid Login Credentials
Are you getting an error message stating “The email address or password you have entered is incorrect.” when you try to log in? If so, it means that you’re entering an incorrect email address and/or password.
If you pay for Adventure Academy through a third party (like Apple or Google Play), try logging in with the email address and password you use for their services—your credentials might be the same for Adventure Academy.
If you forgot your password, try resetting it with our Forgot Password tool.
Don’t forget to check your junk/spam folders if you’re not seeing an email in your inbox after 15 minutes. If you don’t receive the password reset, it’s possible that your account is actually linked to a different email address.

If you’re billed directly by Adventure Academy, you can enter a few key account details by contacting us. Once you submit the requested information, we’ll locate the email address currently associated with your account.

- There is a typo in your email address.
Are you able to log in on Adventure Academy, but it’s asking you to subscribe? If so, there may be another email associated with your active account.
Please contact us and fill out the requested information. Once you submit the requested information, we’ll locate the email address currently associated with the account. Then, you can reset the Adventure Academy account password, log in, and either cancel or start learning!
Other Errors and Loading Issues
If you’re unable to bypass the log in screen because of technical issues, like an unresponsive page or general error message, working through some basic troubleshooting steps may help. Try these:
- Clear your desktop/laptop or app cache.
- Force close Adventure Academy.
- Check for updates.
- Reinstall the app.
