If you've submitted a Customer Support request to Adventure Academy, you can check its status by logging into the Help Center and navigating to the "Requests" section. - Go to the Adventure Academy Customer Support Center Homepage.
- Click Sign In, which is located in the top right corner.

- Once clicked, you will see the Adventure Academy Login page.
- Enter your account's email and password, then select Log In.
- After successfully logging in, you will see My Support Tickets where Sign In used to be.
- Select My Support Tickets.
From here, you will be able to find all current and past Customer Support requests all up-to-date. If your request has still not been answered within 24 hours of being submitted, you can follow-up on the same ticket or chat with a Live Agent today by clicking on the blue Chat button found on the bottom right corner of every web page.
