If you submitted a Customer Support request and you haven't received a response yet, or you received a survey email stating that you received a response but you can't find one in your email, this article will help you find any requests you have submitted in the past by logging into your Adventure Academy Customer Support account.
- Go to the Adventure Academy Customer Support Center Homepage.
- Click Sign In, which is located in the top right corner.
- You can also find Sign In on all pages within the website.

- Once clicked, you will see the Adventure Academy Login page.
- Enter your account's email and password, then select Log In.
- After successfully logging in, you will see My Support Tickets where Sign In used to be.
- Select My Support Tickets.
From here, you will be able to find all current and past Customer Support requests all up-to-date. If your request has still not been answered within 24 hours of being submitted, you can follow-up on the same ticket or chat with a Live Agent today by clicking on the blue Chat button found on the bottom right corner of every web page.
