If you’re billed for Adventure Academy through Apple, you must cancel your Adventure Academy subscription through the Apple App Store.
Please note that the email address used for your Apple ID may not be the same one used to access Adventure Academy.
For instructions on how to cancel your subscription via Apple, please see the following:
Apple App Store
- Go to the Apple App Store app on your device.
- Select your profile icon located top right corner.
- Choose Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription that you want to manage.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Go to Settings.
- Tap [Your Name].
- Select Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to manage.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Mac Computers
- Open the Apple App Store app.
- Click the Sign In button or your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Select View Information at the top of the window.
- You might be asked to sign in.
- Scroll until you see Subscriptions.
- Click Manage.
- Select Edit to the right of the subscription you want to manage.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
Windows PC
If you don't have an Apple device, you can still cancel subscriptions from Apple on a Windows PC. However, in order to do so you will have to download iTunes for Windows.
- Open the iTunes app.
- Choose Account from the top of the menu bar.
- Select View My Account.
- You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
- Click View Account.
- Scroll to the Settings section.
- Next to Subscriptions, click Manage.
- Select Edit next to the subscription that you want to manage.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
You will receive a confirmation email from us shortly afterward. Once you've cancelled your subscription, you will continue to have access to Adventure Academy for the remainder of your current Adventure Academy billing cycle. After that, your Apple account will no longer be charged for Adventure Academy.
Don't see the Adventure Academy subscription listed?
If your family has another Apple ID, sign in with that Apple ID, then try to cancel again. Our recommendation is to use the same device your family member placed the order under.
