To ensure Adventure Academy runs smoothly on your Apple device, it’s important to check and update your operating system (OS) regularly. This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to find your current OS version and update it if needed. Adventure Academy requires a minimum OS version of 12.4.5 for compatibility. Follow these guidelines to ensure your device meets the necessary system requirements.

Checking the Current OS

To check your mobile Apple device's current OS, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Scroll to and select General.
   
3. Select About.

Within the About section, the Software Version will provide your current OS.

Updating the OS

To update your OS for full app compatibility, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Scroll to and select General.
   
3. Select Software Update.
   
4. If you have any pending updates:
   • You can select to update your Software.
   • Or you can toggle on Automatic Updates.

Please note 12.4.5 is the minimum required OS to support Adventure Academy.
