To ensure the Adventure Academy app works properly on your Android mobile device, it’s important to check and update your device’s operating system (OS) for compatibility. This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to check your Android device’s OS version and update it if needed. By following these instructions, you can ensure that your device is running the latest software for a smooth and seamless experience with the app.

To check your Android device's current OS, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Scroll to and select About Phone.
   

3. Select Software Information.

4. The Software Information will provide your current OS.
   

To update your OS for full app compatibility, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Scroll to and select Software Update.
   
3. Select Check for Software Update.
   
4. If you have any pending updates, you can select to update your Software.

Please note that Android 9.0 is the minimum required OS to support Adventure Academy.
