To get an output log from a Chromebook device, please see the instructions below:
- Open your Chromebook's file browser.
- Depending on your Chromebook, the file browser may instead be referred to as the Files app (pictured as a folder icon).
- Navigate to Internal Storage > data > com.aofl.adventureacademy > Files.
- If you are having difficulty with this step, it's likely that the file browser is hiding these system files by default. To make them visible:
- Click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the window and select Show all Play folders.
- This should allow you to now access the system files for Adventure Academy and complete the 2nd step.
- Click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the window and select Show all Play folders.

- Email Customer Care the "AcademyLog..." text file.
