Some Adventure Academy issues may require further investigation to resolve. If this is the case, Customer Care agents may request that you send an "Output Log" to help them investigate the issue.
This guide will help you obtain an output log from a Chromebook device.
Please be aware that while some instructions are listed below, the process to get an output log may vary depending on the manufacturer of the Chromebook.
To get an output log from a Chromebook device, please see the instructions below:
- Open your Chromebook's file browser.
- Depending on your Chromebook, the file browser may instead be referred to as the Files app (pictured as a folder icon).
- Navigate to Internal Storage > data > com.aofl.adventureacademy > Files.
- If you are having difficulty with this step, it's likely that the file browser is hiding these system files by default. To make them visible:
- Click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the window and select Show all Play folders.
