We are actively investigating a sound-related issue, as detailed below, that has been reported by some Adventure Academy users.

Issue: We have received reports that some individuals are not hearing sound while playing some videos and/or activities on Adventure Academy.

Platform: All platforms; most issues appear to be with tablets, such as iPad.

Status: We have been actively investigating these reports but have not yet been able to replicate the issue and find a fix.

- The computer or device you were using
- Your operating system
- Any actions you performed leading up to the issue
- Any other observations you think may be relevant
