We recently received a report that a child's special Pet Crystal egg would not hatch even though the child had the proper gems, the Heart Meter is full, and the Pet Crystal's Hatch button indicated that it was ready to hatch.
- Issue: Pet Crystal on Adventure Academy.
- Platform: At this point, the report was for iPhone 13 only.
- Status: Our team has been able to confirm the behavior reported, where selecting the “Hatch!” button does not proceed to the next step as expected. The issue is currently under review by our development team for further investigation.
At this time, we do not yet have an estimated timeline for when a fix will become available, but please know that the issue remains on our radar and is being tracked internally.
