In spring of 2022, some Adventure Academy users reported that they were unable to finish creating a new profile because they got stuck in the Avatar creation process. Our developers released an update to fix this issue in July 2022. This article provides details about this known issue and its current status.
Note: Adventure Academy accounts allow families to create up to three profiles, each with their own Avatar and settings. You will be unable to create additional new profiles if you already have three (unless you delete one of the other Avatars first).

Issue: During the Avatar creation process for a new profile, options are unable to be selected on the Choose Gender screen. This resulted in being unable to proceed with creating a new Avatar profile.
