Some users had reported getting stuck on the Human Verification prompt while trying to log in, possibly due to browser settings, ad blockers, or connection issues. This article provides details about this known issue and its current status, which has since been resolved by our engineering team.
- Issue: After attempting to login or open the app, a Human Verification prompt appears to verify that I'm a person (and not a bot). After completing the prompt, I'm unable to move forward. Instead, the prompt remains with the error message: "Please try again."
